WEAKNESS

Today, I don’t know why. I feel not so satisfied because I found in my self that I still have some weakness in listening class. I saw that a friend of me was better than me. Actually, I was very shy because I am an English teacher at BIMAFIKA and IES. I am good in English. However, my friend has excess in Listening.
I aware that I have some weakness in listening, so that I am looking for some tips how I can increase my listening ability. I realize that every body has excess and weakness. Every body has it even though he/she is a president. However I aware of my self that I am very busy at this moment so that I have to do something.
